This diagram is a 3 minute timeline intended to provide a narrative structure within a simulated environment.

This 3 minute AutoNarrative can be created dynamically within a virtual envirionment. The basic idea is that using short-form time structures in interactive envirionments increase the cinematic experience to the user. Normally, when cinematics are introduced into games, time-shifting quickly become a problem as a user begins interacting. Rail-based games achieve rich narratives and high levels of interactivity but levels need to be pre-programmed and therefore limited to fictional scenarios. An AutoNarrative provides time strucutres, that can sequence reward goals related to ever changing properties within simulated worlds.
